We may use your information to create reports and statistics that are anonymous and cannot be linked back to you (e.g. number of clients served in a particular time period), to be shared with xxxxxxxx.

Controlling your personal information

Storage

We will keep your information securely in our GSuite for Business account, which is our cloud storage solution for documents and also our email provider. This account is protected with two factor authentication and a sixteen character password.

How long will we keep your personal data for?

We will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary and then when we no longer have a need for it, we will securely and confidentially destroy it from site backups. This will be xxxxxxxxxx.

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions.
